Description VNE084 – Quartz Reflection Cuvette, 45 × 12 mm, Bonded Fabrication, All Clear Walls The VNE084 is a cost-effective quartz reflection cuvette designed for reflectance, scattering, and fluorescence measurements in the UV/VIS range (190–2500 nm). Featuring a cylindrical shape with all clear walls, it enables multi-angle illumination and detection, making it ideal for reflection geometry and general analytical applications. Constructed with bonded fabrication, this cuvette is designed for use with aqueous samples and mild conditions. Bonded cuvettes offer fast turnaround time and affordability, making them well suited for routine laboratory use. However, they are not recommended for aggressive organic solvents or strong corrosives. Chemical Compatibility Bonded quartz cuvettes are suitable for aqueous and mild chemical environments. ✔ Compatible: water, buffer solutions, mild acids and bases. ⚠ Limited compatibility with weak organics and alcohols (short exposure only). ❌ Not compatible with aggressive organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, chloroform, MEK, or HF. Key Features Quartz reflection cuvette: designed for reflectance and scattering experiments. Bonded fabrication: low cost and fast lead time for aqueous applications. This guarantees resistance against corrosive chemicals and high temperature. Each quartz cuvette and cell has excellent transmission from 190nm to 2500nm.   1 QVARZ Cuvettes Transmission Characteristics The following table is our cuvettes and cells made of quartz material suitable for wavelength from 190nm to 2500nm and depicts the percentage transmission for the material. IR or Glass material is not included. Why QVARZ Cuvettes and Cells?QVARZ is world-renowned as the producer of premium quartz cuvettes. Over fifteen years of experience manufacturing quartz cuvettes ensures that every QVARZ cuvettes are manufactured to the most exacting standards for reproducible results. Spectrophotometry cuvettes - Most spectrophotometry applications in the visible and UV ranges benefit from QVARZ spectrophotometry cuvettes. Our cuvettes made of fused quartz material deliver precise and reliable readings even at wavelengths as low as 190 nm. QVARZ cuvettes are compatible with most spectrophotometers and photometers with standard 0.2 - 100 mm path lengths. Fluorometry cuvettes - QVARZ brings two decades of experience molding high-quality spectrophotometry cuvettes to new four-sided clear cuvettes for fluorometry. Available in standard quartz material with ultra-low auto-fluorescence for the highest precision measurements. Protective packaging - QVARZ cuvettes are encased in dust-free, low scratching expanded polystyrene packaging. This ensures that premium cuvettes arrive in the laboratory ina the same pristine condition they were in at the factory, with optical quality windows and free of contaminants.  Volumes for most purposes - Our cuvettes are available in a variety of ranges from macro to macro semi-micro sizes to respond to the needs of most scientific applications. We are also able to customize sample volume to deliver consistent, accurate findings. Perform consistently - QVARZ Cuvettes are constructed from high-quality fused quartz materials and are grouped by manufacturing mold cavities to ensure the lowest fluctuation in extinction coefficient. Customization - Custom cuvettes and cells are encouraged and available upon request; mechanical drawings with specifications and tolerances are prerequisites. Awesome pricing and flexibility on small quantities.  To the best of our knowledge, the technical information provided here is accurate.
