Description VAOF606 Fused Quartz Absorption Cuvette is a 2-window cuvette with a 6 mm optical path length and a 6 ml volume. It features a compact wide clear wall design, making it ideal for UV/VIS absorbance measurements with limited sample volumes. Fused fabrication provides excellent chemical and thermal resistance, ensuring stable performance in demanding analytical applications. Fused fabrication — excellent thermal resistance (up to 600 °C) and strong chemical stability in most acid and base conditions. Not suitable for hydrofluoric acid (HF) or strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone. Powder seams may discolor over time but do not affect optical performance. Typical path length tolerance is ±0.06 – 0.08 mm.
