Description Kodak Eastman Plus-X 5231 is a legendary 35mm Black and White negative film once used by the motion picture industry. It was used to produce some classic movies and TV series, including Schindler’s List, I Love Lucy, and Raging Bull, to name just a few. The best thing about this film is that once loaded into our canisters, it can be used like any other 35mm photographic film and produces some amazing shots! Introduced in 1938 and discontinued in 2010, this is an expired film which is very difficult to get hold of, but on a sunny day or with enough light, it’s held up incredibly well and produces beautiful images. We have tested this batch, achieving great results at iso 100 and 50. Don’t miss your chance to try this film, it’s another we don’t expect to have in stock again once this batch has sold. Processing: Plus X can be processed in your usual B&W workflow or dropped off at any normal lab DX Code Note: As standard, this film is sold without a dx code, which means that you will need to use it in a camera that you can manually set the iso. We have also made this film available in DX-coded canisters, meaning it can be used in an automatic or point-and-shoot camera. Don’t forget to share your results with us on instagram
