Description Honest, lightly worn M38 pattern Gladiator steel helmet for a member of the German air-raid protection (Luftschutz). Three piece construction, complete with liner and chin strap. The decal on front is complete and shows nice and sharp details. In the rear of the helmet a classic ‘information-decal’ is visible on the reverse inside skirt. Size marked ’58’ on the leather. The inside of the shell also has the original wearer’s name and serial number written on it. One of the better Luftwchutz helmets I have found over the years, condition is really superb!
