Description Nice original example of a Heer (Army) parade buckle as worn by Enlisted Men and Non Commissioned Officer’s. This buckle is a 2 piece construction, the steel prongs and sleeve have a rust layer from poor storage, but overall are still solid and useable. The front has sharp detail and a nice silver finish.
